Hello, this is Chris Woods from ICON Film Studios. It's been a while since we've updated our web site. That's because myself and Simon Lynx have been busy on projects and it just got too time consuming to do major updates on a monthly basis. We are sorry that we haven't given you any updates in some time and that's the reason why. Which brings me to the future of the site. It will still be here, of course, but updates will be here and there. We will no longer have our monthly updates, but just update the site when ever major ICON news happens. This could be a number of updates in one month or some months they won't be any. So, just keep checking back at the site for the latest.

We are also making some changes to the site that we will do through out 2009 and into the future. We all ready removed our Flash intro from the home page and will be looking to remove some other pages or combine them. Actually, this page may go away in the near future, with just news updates on the home page.

Now, as far as what's been going on with ICON, here it is; There has been a number of projects myself and Simon have been working on for the past few years. Simon has been working on a few scripts and different story ideas. A few of them are titled, All That Remains and A Day In The Life which should be made some time in the future. He also is starting up a photography business called Lynx Photo. Check out his web site at lynxphoto.com. I've been busy working on a documentary for the past two years with director Shelby McIntyre called Strip Club King: The Story of Joe Redner. The film is coming to DVD this spring. Click here to check out more about the film. Also, I've been editing a feature film for filmmakers Andrew Allan and Andy Lalino called Brainjacked, which is a sci-fi/horror film. The movie should be out some time this year and if you want to find out more, click here to go to their web site. I've also been writing a monthly column for CrazedFanboy.com called Growing Up Fanboy. The column started back in September of 2008.

This year, Simon and I will be making a new film which is a short called Ironic and it will be all shot in still photographs. We'll be making that sometime in late winter or early spring plus more films as well. So, keep checking back here for what's happening with ICON Film Studios. Thank you.
